All speech events took place January 28, 2010, at the Iago campus.  These events include Oral Reading, Modern Oratory, and Impromptu Speaking. 

Sara Harborth sponsors the Oral Reading events.  In 6^th grade, Melina Moore took 1^st place, Kaylor Rolf took 3^rd place, and Harold Taylor took 4^th place.  In 7^th grade, Ellie Forgason took 1^st place, Karli Seymour took 3^rd place, and Peyton Metting took 6^th place.  In 8^th grade, Emily Wilkins took 1^st place, and Hannah Kulak took 5^th place. 

Sarah Harborth also sponsors Modern Oratory. Kirsten Miller took 1^st place, and Alvaro Beltran took 2^nd place. 

Ashly Macek sponsors Impromptu Speaking. Sheigh Thompson took 2^nd place, Kylie Vega took 3^rd place, and Cynthia Kulak took 4^th place.
