We sell our animals by private treaty.  We ask for a 50% deposit to hold animals until pickup or delivery arrangements can be made.  Payment in full is
due when our goats leave our property.  We will gladly place the animals on hold until your deposit is received.  Once the deposit is received, we
will list the animal as sold.  If the buyer backs out of the sale, we retain 25% of the deposit on any does, 50% on wethered bucks and 100% on intact
bucks after 3 months old, for lost sale opportunity,
plus any expenses incurred by 6A Ranch including, but not limited to Health Certificate fees and
testing fees.  If we as the seller back out of the sale, we will fully refund your deposit.
